Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist & Sales Counselor! to join our team and provide personalized skincare treatments and advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skin health, treatments, and products, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including:
- chemical peel
- ace removal
- laser q switch
- Microdermabrasion
- LED therapy
- mesotherapy
- Recommend skincare regimens and retail products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and tools.
- Educate clients on proper home-care routines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Meet individual and team-based sales targets for treatments and products.
