Skincare Education Specialist

The Skincare Education Specialist will be responsible for conducting product training, skincare workshops, and technical demonstrations for salons, beauty professionals, and internal teams. This role plays a critical part in building brand credibility, improving product adoption, and driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & EducationConduct skincare product training sessions for salons, partners, and beauty professionals
• Demonstrate correct product usage, treatment protocols, and skincare routines
• Train internal sales and customer support teams on product knowledge
• Organize workshops, seminars, and live demonstrations
• Field SupportVisit partner salons and training locations regularly
• Support new partner onboarding with technical education
• Ensure proper implementation of Atoma treatment protocols
• Address technical queries related to skin concerns and product usage
• Content & Knowledge SupportAssist in creating training manuals, SOPs, and educational materials
• Support video/demo content creation for training and social media
• Stay updated with skincare trends, ingredients, and industry developments
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, and treatments
• Hands-on experience in professional facial and skincare procedures
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to train and engage groups effectively
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

• Eligibility CriteriaCertification/Diploma in Cosmetology / Aesthetics / Skin Therapy
• 2–6 years of experience as a Skin Trainer, Beauty Trainer, or Senior Therapist
• Experience in professional skincare brands or salon chains preferred
