Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Designer & Reel Editor to create Instagram content for WellBalance Nutrition. The founders will provide the concept, messaging, and direction. The role focuses on designing social media posts and editing engaging reels.

Key Responsibilities
• Design Instagram posts and carousels
• Edit Instagram Reels (10–30 seconds)
• Add subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics
• Deliver polished content ready for posting

Required Skills
• Experience designing social media creatives
• Strong reel editing skills for short-form content
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (basic)
• Canva / CapCut (optional)

• 12–16 Instagram posts per month
• 8–12 reels per month
All creative direction, scripts, and ideas will be provided by the founders.
