Social Media Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Hours: 10:30 Am to 6:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Week Off: Sunday

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with social media strategies, content creation, analytics, and trends, with the ability to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1.   Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

2.   Plan, create, and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency with brand tone and guidelines.

3.   Handle influencer collaboration and page growth strategies and Promote brand, events, offers, and company updates online

4.   Collaborate with the design and video team to produce engaging creatives, reels, and campaigns.

5.   Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize results.

6.   Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

7.   Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

8.   Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

9.   Monitor comments, messages, and respond to queries professionally

10. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns

11. Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags

Skills and Qualifications

1.   Education: Graduate

2.   Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands/organizations.

3.   Skills:

·        Proven experience in social media handling or digital marketing

·        Strong content writing and communication skills & Knowledge of social media tools

·        Basic understanding of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcult – preferred)

·        Knowledge of analytics and insights tracking

·        Creative mindset with attention to detail

·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

·        Knowledge of social media tools & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
