🎯 Job PurposeTo plan, manage, and grow the brand’s social media presence, mainly on Instagram & Facebook, by creating engaging content, increasing followers, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales.

🔧 Key Responsibilities📅 Content Planning & StrategyCreate monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)

Plan fashion-focused content aligned with brand identity

Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and hashtags

🎥 Content Creation & ManagementCoordinate shoots for reels, photos, product videos

Write captions, hashtags, and story content

Basic understanding of reel editing (or coordination with editor)

📈 Growth & EngagementIncrease followers, reach, and engagement organically

Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions

Collaborate with influencers & creators

📊 Analytics & ReportingTrack performance (reach, engagement, growth)

Share weekly & monthly reports

Improve strategy based on insights

💰 Paid Ads (Basic)Support Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns

Coordinate with marketing/ads team if required

🎓 Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & Reels

Knowledge of fashion trends & visual aesthetics

Content planning & storytelling ability

Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Premiere (optional)

Data-driven mindset with analytics knowledge

🎓 QualificationGraduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Fashion Communication

OR Any graduate with strong social media portfolio
