🔹 About the Role:

FT Nexavvy is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead content planning, posting, and performance analysis across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. If you live and breathe social media, this is your playground!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
• Post and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, boost posts, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, hashtags, and viral content.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of all major platforms (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Creative campaign planning and scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with efficiency and strategy.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of design/video tools or Canva is a plus.

🔹 Qualification:

• 1+ year experience in social media management preferred.
• Talented freshers with a great sense of trends, captions, and strategy can also apply.
