Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms, generate leads, manage inquiries, and coordinate with the graphic designer for engaging content. The candidate should be result-oriented and capable of increasing brand visibility and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendar
• Generate quality leads through organic & paid campaigns
• Handle and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with graphic designer for posts, reels, and promotional creatives
• Write engaging captions and promotional content
• Monitor analytics, insights, and performance reports
• Run Facebook & Instagram ads for lead generation
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in Social Media Management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Experience in running paid ads (Meta Ads)
• Basic understanding of Canva / design coordination
• Lead generation & inquiry handling experience
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Knowledge of education or coaching industry preferred
