Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Mr. Gardenr, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales. You will be the voice of Mr. Gardenr online, creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and leveraging performance marketing to maximize our reach and impact.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Content Planning & Execution: Develop and implement engaging content calendars, crafting compelling text, images, and video for all social platforms specially Instagram.
• Performance Marketing & Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI. Manage ad budgets.
• Data-Driven Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions) using analytics tools. Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Community Engagement & Customer Service: Actively engage with our online community, respond to inquiries and feedback promptly, and foster positive brand interactions. Manage online contests and giveaways.
• Brand Voice & Visual Identity Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and potential brand partners to expand reach and build brand credibility.
• Product Launches & Promotional Campaigns: Develop and execute social media strategies to support product launches, sales promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social media calendars and execute campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid social media ads (performance marketing).
• Analyze social media data to improve performance.
• Engage with our online community and manage customer inquiries.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends
