We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to manage our social media presence and in-store marketing activities. This role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on store promotion to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) aligned with brand identity
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner

• Store Marketing 
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to attract foot traffic
• Design and manage store displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies

📚 Qualifications & Skills

• Marketing, Communications, Business
• Proven experience in social media management and/or retail marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic design skills (Canva, or a similar tool) preferred
