Meta Ads Specialist — Job Description

Role Overview


The Meta Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, google and other online platform) to promote fashion exhibitions, increase event registrations, generate exhibitor leads, and improve brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning


Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for fashion exhibitions.


Define campaign objectives (lead generation, ticket sales, brand awareness, traffic).


Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and behavior.


2. Ad Creation and Setup


Create and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.


Set up ad sets, targeting, placements, and budgets.


Collaborate with graphic designer and content creator for ad creatives.


3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization


Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, reach, ROI).


Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.


Optimize campaigns for better performance and cost efficiency.


4. Lead Generation and Conversion Tracking


Set up Meta lead forms and tracking pixels.


Monitor lead quality and coordinate with sales team for follow-ups.


Improve conversion funnels.


5. Reporting and Analytics


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


Analyze campaign data and provide insights for future marketing strategies.


6. Coordination with Marketing Team


Align paid ads with overall marketing campaigns and event timelines.


Support promotions for influencer collaborations and event launches.


Required Skills


Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.


Audience targeting and campaign optimization skills.


Data analysis and performance tracking.


Understanding of digital marketing strategies.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience running ads for events, fashion brands, or exhibitions.


Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.


Familiarity with creative testing and scaling campaigns.
