Social Media Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Social Media Executive with at least 6 months of experience in handling social media pages for brands. The candidate should have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to plan and execute content that drives engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain brand social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and execute monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure timely posting
• Publish content including posts, reels, stories, highlights, and announcements
• Monitor daily engagement: comments, DMs, replies, and community interaction
• Track performance and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, followers growth)
• Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas regularly
• Support in running social media campaigns, offers, and promotions
• Ensure brand tone, quality, and consistency across all content

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in social media handling
• Good knowledge of Instagram content formats (Reels, Stories, Highlights)
• Strong written communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)
• Understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and trend usage
• Basic knowledge of tools like:
• Meta Business Suite
• Instagram insights
• Canva (basic) / content coordination
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in handling multiple client accounts
• Basic knowledge of paid ads / boosting posts
• Influencer coordination and collaboration handling
• Basic video content understanding for reels
