Social Media (Optimization) Marketing Executive

We is looking for a creative and motivated SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and online audience engagement. Freshers with relevant skills and interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Handle direct messages (DMs) and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, and basic creatives
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Schedule posts using social media scheduling tools
• Run and monitor paid social media ads
• Track performance and prepare analytics and insight reports
• Assist in planning and executing social media growth strategies
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing (SMO)
• Understanding of social media ads and analytics
• Familiarity with post-scheduling tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Marketing background preferred (Degree/Diploma)
