Social Media Specialist

We are hiring a Social Media & YouTube Growth Manager to manage and grow multiple brands and personal platforms including Zeell Julli, Zeell Julli Jamavat, and Zilli Studiio.

• Plan and execute content strategy for Instagram, YouTube & other social platforms
• Create content ideas, scripts, and concepts for reels, shorts & long-form videos
• Understand audience behavior and create trend-driven content
• Manage daily posting and content calendars
• Optimize hashtags, captions, YouTube keywords, titles, descriptions & thumbnails
• Apply organic growth strategies to increase followers and subscribers
• Analyze performance and improve content based on insights
• Coordinate with shoot & editing team for execution
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Expertise in YouTube SEO, keywords & hashtags
• Content ideation, scripting & trend research skills
• Understanding of organic growth techniques (no paid ads required)
• Good communication & planning ability
• Creative and growth-focused mindset
