HRMS Software Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused HRMS Software Support Specialist to join our team. As an HRMS Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation and effective utilization of our HRMS software.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical support for our HRMS software via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by clients, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Guide clients through software installations, configurations, and updates, ensuring proper setup and integration with their existing systems.
  • Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, and communicate updates and resolutions to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of our HRMS software features and functionalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support database, and contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in HR technology, and provide proactive support and advice to clients to optimize their use of our HRMS software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for HRMS software solutions or similar HR technology products.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with prior experience in HR roles being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software, and remote support tools.
  • Certification in HRMS software platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Workday is a plus.
