Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Support Executivewho will provide support to customers using our software products. The role involves understanding user issues, providing solutions, assisting with installations, updates and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide software support via phone, email, chat or remote access

· Understand and resolve technical and functional issues reported by customers

· Assist customers with software installation, configuration and updates

· Guide users on software features, workflows and best practices

· Coordinate with development team for bug reporting and enhancements

· Maintain proper ticketing system, call logs and support documentation

· Ensure timely resolutionand customer satisfaction

· Provide training and demosto customers as required

· Stay updated with product updates and statutory changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in Commerce / IT / Computer Applications

· Good communication skills (verbal & written)

· Ability to analyze problems and explain solutions clearly

· Good computer skills and familiarity with Windows & MS Office

· Willingness to learn software products and statutory processes

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

· Experience in software support / customer support

· Experience with remote support tools
