Solar Energy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
2. Address and resolve bill reading issues.
3. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery.
4. Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration.
5. Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs
6. Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations

Experience: 0-2 Years

Educational Qualification: 12th (min), ITI/Diploma (preferred)

Skills:

●       Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred).

●       Effective communication skills.

●       Strong customer empathy.

●       Hygiene Grooming and Presentability

●       Should know how to ride a 2 wheeler*

●       Should be fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language

Please Note: Driving license compulsory and own vehicle preferred.
