Job Description
Drive residential and commercial solar solution sales—from lead generation to closing—by educating clients on solar benefits, designing system packages, and achieving revenue targets.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & qualify leads via door-to-door, cold calls, events, digital campaigns, partnerships or referrals
- Conduct site surveys, understand energy usage and roof feasibility, then design solar solutions justjob.co.in
- Prepare & deliver sales proposals including technical specifications, financing, ROI, and subsidy options solaraceenergy.com
- Negotiate contracts & close sales, meeting/exceeding monthly targets
- Guide clients through installation, subsidy paperwork, PPA/OPEX or CAPEX models, and payment terms
- Coordinate internally with engineering, installation, finance, and support teams adzuna.in
- Maintain CRM pipeline, log all client interactions, quotations, follow‑ups, and sales metrics
- Track industry trends, government policies, incentives and competitor offers
- 🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent; technical diploma appreciated
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in solar/renewables
- Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, financial models (CAPEX/OPEX/PPA), subsidies, and ROI computations
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation; confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable conducting site assessments and grasping technical details
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Zoho for pipeline management Driver’s License: Valid (two- or four-wheeler) for site visits
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, team player with strong time-management
