Job Purpose: The Specialist Solutions-C&I is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of tailored energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial clients. This role executes solution design tasks, refines product specifications, and ensures regulatory compliance through technical support and documentation. The Specialist collaborates with sales and energy procurement teams/generators to translate client requirements into actionable, optimized energy solutions that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Specialist Solutions-C&I

Customized Solution Execution:

Support the development and customization of energy solutions by coordinating with sales, procurement teams and third party energy generator translating client requirements into detailed technical specifications that optimize power quality and cost efficiency.

Execute solution design tasks by coordinating with sales, procurement teams and third party energy generator, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.

Contribute to the successful deployment of both standard and bespoke solutions, achieving improved system performance and enhanced client satisfaction.

Regulatory & Technical Support:

Assist in incorporating state-specific open access regulations and transmission guidelines into solution designs, reducing regulatory risk and ensuring legal conformity.

Provide technical support during pre-sales by verifying solution designs against current regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

Work closely with regulatory and operations teams to update and refine technical documentation as regulatory conditions evolve.

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Assistance:

Collaborate with the sales team during client meetings to present technical aspects of energy solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.

Translate complex technical and regulatory information into accessible insights, supporting effective decision-making by internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in refining proposals and presentations that drive higher client engagement and improved conversion of customized energy solutions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and dashboards that capture solution performance and compliance metrics for internal review.

Maintain up-to-date records of regulatory changes, technical specifications, and project outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to periodic reviews by providing accurate, data-driven insights on solution performance and market responsiveness.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements within solution design and implementation, contributing to reduced lead times and improved cost management.

Support the integration of advanced analytical tools and digital solutions to streamline design workflows and optimize solution performance.

Participate in cross-functional initiatives and training programs to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving ongoing innovation in energy solutions.

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, MBA(preferred)

Work Experience (Range of years):

5-10 years of experience in the energy industry, designing customized energy solutions, managing open access regulations, and leading cross-functional teams.
