Spoken English Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and articulate Spoken English Faculty member who can guide learners to find their voice with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate will not only teach language but awaken expression—transforming hesitation into fluency and silence into self-assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging Spoken English sessions tailored to diverse proficiency levels
• Design and deliver interactive lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, and pronunciation
• Encourage real-life conversation practice through activities, role plays, and discussions
• Assess student progress and provide constructive, personalized feedback
• Build a supportive classroom environment that nurtures confidence and participation
• Incorporate modern teaching aids, digital tools, and creative methods
• Prepare learners for interviews, presentations, and everyday communication

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Proven experience in teaching Spoken English or communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
