Sr. Field Recruiter

Roles & responsibilities
1.Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with department heads and stakeholders2.Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking3.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates4.Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability5.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers6.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems7.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process8.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2.Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR recruiter or in a similar role3.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)4.Strong organizational and time-management abilities5.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously6.Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
