Staff Nurse – Skin & Hair Clinic (OPD & Teleconsultation)

We are looking to hire a qualified Staff Nurse for our Skin & Hair Clinic. The role involves OPD-based nursing work along with telephonic patient coordination for skin and hair consultations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle patient interactions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle OPD nursing duties in a skin and hair clinic

2.Attend patient calls and collect detailed medical history related to skin and hair issues

3.Ask relevant questions as per consultation protocols

4.Coordinate with dermatologists for smooth patient consultations

5.Enter patient details, medical history, and notes into the computer system

6.Communicate with patients in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

7.Assist in nursing-related activities, documentation, and follow-ups

8.Maintain patient confidentiality and clinic standards

9.Training for clinic-specific processes will be provided

Required Candidate Profile

Basic nursing knowledge and clinical skills

Basic computer and typing skills

Experience in OPD handling or patient coordination preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Languages required: Hindi, English, Gujarati (mandatory)

Willingness to learn and adapt to digital systems
