Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified GNM/B.Sc. Nursing graduate to join our healthcare team as a Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards. This role is central to patient recovery, education, and support across various departments.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and assess patient health status, record observations, and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Prepare patients for procedures, assist during diagnostic tests and surgeries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, care plans, and post-discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.
• Participate in training programs, health camps, and continuing education.

• Qualifications:
• GNM Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license/registration.
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred for certain departments).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
