Job Description: Steward for Forest Private Resort

Location: Inside Gir Forest, Adani Resort and Ahmedabad both locations

Salary: Take-home 27K (monthly) 

Experience: minimum of 5 years in seven star Hotels with IHM

As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for their guests by providing personalized service, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering food and beverages tailored to their preferences. The premium resort caters to celebrities and high-profile personalities of India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated service at private restaurants and room service to in-house guests in premium suites, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Foster healthy, professional relationships with hosts and guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Serve food and beverages according to individual dietary requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, technical and other service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist inmates with special requests, including menu selections, dining experiences, and other personal services.
• Collaborate with the elite food & beverage team to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay updated on current hospitality and patient care trends to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Hotel Management Diploma (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment in similar roles in F&B Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential, given the high-profile nature of our clientele.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must be willing to relocate to resort or to staff accomodation at Ahmedabad, all meals provide, Gym, break areas, etc., available for immediate joiners. This position may require one to attend work on shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
