💰 Salary & Benefits:·        Salary: ₹13,500 to ₹16,500 (Take Home)

🧾 Job DescriptionJob Title: Counter Staff / Customer Service Associate

🔹 Job Summary:The Counter Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling billing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area to ensure a positive customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:Customer Service

·        Greet customers politely and assist them with queries.

·        Handle customer complaints and service requests professionally.

·        Provide information about products, offers, and services.

Billing & Transactions

·        Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

·        Operate POS systems and handle cash registers.

·        Maintain daily transaction records.

Product & Order Handling

·        Assist customers with product selection.

·        Upsell products when appropriate.

·        Prepare and handle orders as per customer requirements.

Inventory & Cleanliness

·        Monitor stock levels at the counter.

·        Inform supervisors about low stock.

·        Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable.

Compliance & Safety

·        Follow company policies and procedures.

·        Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

🎓 Qualifications:·        Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

·        Fresher & experienced candidates both can apply

·        Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
