Description – Store KeeperPosition Title: Store Keeper

Department: Stores / Inventory

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Job

PurposeThe Store Keeper will be responsible for handling raw material inward, maintaining accurate stock records, issuing materials to production, preparing indents, and updating seniors on material status from time to time.

Key

Responsibilities- Receive all incoming raw materials and verify quantity & quality.

- Maintain inward register / GRN and proper documentation.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials.

- Maintain accurate stock records and stock register.

- Issue materials to production / factory and maintain outward record.

- Monitor daily stock movement and maintain stock level accuracy.

- Prepare material indent / requirement list as required.

- Regularly update senior / management about stock status and shortages.

- Avoid material shortage or overstocking situations.

- Maintain clean, safe, and organized store area.

- Coordinate with Purchase & Production departments.

- Follow company policies and discipline.

Skills

& Competencies Required- Store management knowledge

- Basic inventory / stock handling skills

- Record keeping and documentation ability

- Basic computer or register handling

- Responsible, disciplined, and honest

- Good coordination and communication skills

Qualification

& Experience: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Experience in Store / Warehouse handling preferred. Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
