Store Keeper

Job Title: Store KeeperDepartment: Procurement / Logistics

Reports To: Project / Procurement Manager

Job Summary:Responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and maintaining records for all interior fit-out supplies and tools.

• Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store materials as per delivery notes.
• Issue materials to site teams based on requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or software-based).
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of items.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material needs.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain store hygiene.
• Requirements:2–3 years’ experience in construction/interior contracting.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials (gypsum, laminates, hardware, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
