Position Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations including inventory control, stock reconciliation, inward and outward logistics, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate high accuracy, strong process discipline, and the ability to adapt quickly to operational systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (Odoo/Tally preferred)

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations with Purchase and Accounts teams

Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure batch/expiry tracking for medical products

Coordinate with Purchase Department for stock replenishment and supplier documentation

Generate and maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Delivery Challans, and stock movement records

Ensure compliance documentation for internal audits and reviews

Supervise store staff and enforce safety, hygiene, and SOP standards

Monitor proper storage, labeling, and packaging of medical/surgical items

Prepare monthly MIS reports related to stock and inventory movement

Identify slow-moving, excess, or near-expiry inventory and report to management

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.Com / M.Com

OR Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or logistics

Preference for candidates from medical, surgical, or pharmaceutical industries
