To plan and carry out store operations to maintain smooth functioning with a focus on sales gradation by keeping standards high by SOP.
Responsible for ensuring inventory control and maintaining the minimum level of inventory.
Deal with all issues from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
We direct customers by escorting them to the store and suggesting items.
To conduct staff meetings periodically and ensure the team's motivation.
Ensure timely posting of Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue materials, and reconciliation considering proper storage, quality, and quantity checks.
Please ensure the accounting of stores' receipts and material issuance according to daily requirements.
