Job Description
· Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, ensuring accountability and transparency.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spare parts store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
· Manage stock receiving, storage, and dispatch
· Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization
· Prevent losses due to damage, theft, or mismanagement
· Assign duties and manage work schedules
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
· Prepare reports for management
· Ensure proper filing and documentation
