Store Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations:

• Supervise daily store activities and ensure operational excellence.
• Open and close the store as per SOP.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/purchase team.
• Ensure proper handling of billing, cash, and POS operations.

2. Team Supervision:

• Allocate duties to team members and monitor performance.
• Train new staff on SOPs, customer handling, and billing processes.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality of staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.

3. Inventory & Stock:

• ControlConduct daily stock checks and periodic inventory audits.
• Prevent stock losses, wastage, and pilferage.
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO practices (for F&B items)
