About the Role:The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding final-year students about internship-based courses offered by the company. The role involves counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and maintaining a positive engagement with students throughout their journey.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students on internship-oriented courses and career pathways
• Handle incoming leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
• Maintain proper records of student interactions and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with students and understand their career needs
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in counseling/admissions preferred, but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
