Student Success Executive (Teaching & Counselling)

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about education and student development. The role involves a combination of teaching support, student interaction, academic counselling, and relationship management with students and parents.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students, guiding them academically, and contributing to a high-quality learning environment.

1) Teaching & Academic Support

Conduct basic teaching sessions for students as per assigned subjects/topics.

Assist senior faculty in delivering lectures and managing classroom activities.

Help students understand concepts and resolve academic queries.

2) Paper Checking & Academic Evaluation

Check assignments, test papers, and practice sheets.

Maintain accuracy and provide constructive feedback to students.

Assist in preparing and managing test records.

3) Student Counselling

Interact with prospective students and parents to explain courses and programs.

Understand student needs and guide them towards the right learning path.

Support students with academic planning and motivation.

4) Customer Relationship Management

Handle enquiries via phone calls and follow-up with prospective students.

Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Ensure positive communication and a supportive experience for all stakeholders
