Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of more than 50 assembly line workers.
• Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, work allocation, and performance.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily production and activity reports.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with focus on quality and safety.
• Communicate workflow changes and instructions to the team promptly.
• Monitor and report any issues in the assembly process to management.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support for professional growth.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
