  • ite Management & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and PPE usage, conduct daily inspections to identify hazards, and maintain a secure, organized site.
  • Project Execution: Execute tasks according to blueprints, checklists, and project plans to ensure quality.
  • Supervision & Coordination: Manage, instruct, and schedule staff and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
  • Logistics & Reporting: Monitor and track material consumption, receive deliveries, and prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) for project managers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of attendance, work progress, and site inspections.
