Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Quality Assurance Ahmedabad Undergraduate in Agriculture / Agri-business management Problem solving, Analytical Skills, Fast Learning, Self-Initiation, Responsible, Interdependent, Adoptive to all work conditions and effectively prioritize business needs. Good communication skills in Hindi / English. Hands on in MS Office. Should have worked minimum 2 to 3 years with a similar profile in the Agricultural Industry. Relevant knowledge and experience in the Spices/Herbs Industry. Strong knowledge of farming of agricultural commodities, farming of herbs, spices & condiments. Capable of working independently and staying organized while assuming multiple responsibilities and tasks. 4-6 Lakhs per annum Depending on Qualifications and Capabilities of the person selected. JD Co-ordination & Approval of contracted farms to ensure SOPs and GAPs are followed at farm level. Coordinate with Procurement to sign-off the specifications with suppliers Evaluation & approval of new raw materials by conducting risk assessment and vulnerability assessment Conducting Supplier & toll processor audits and preparing audit reports Supplier approval and assessment Handle supplier complaints for raw material, packing material and ensure NCs are closed in a timely basis Maintaining the list of suppliers for all raw material & packing materials Maintaining Supplier documentation for each commodity / packaging material / each supplier wherever possible Sample Collection at supplier/ farmer site and approval of lots Regular Review of International Standards and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
