Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory control, vendor management, and distribution logistics. The goal is to ensure product availability while optimizing cost and efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain ManagementDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth
• Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
• Ensure stock availability across warehouses and partner locations
• Reduce stock-outs and excess inventory
• Procurement & Vendor ManagementIdentify and negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners
• Monitor supplier performance and quality compliance
• Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality
• Warehouse & Inventory ControlOversee warehouse operations and stock audits
• Implement inventory management systems (FIFO/FEFO)
• Ensure proper storage conditions and safety compliance
• Logistics & DistributionManage transportation and last-mile delivery processes
• Ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
• Reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency
• Process OptimizationImplement ERP/Inventory management systems
• Develop SOPs for procurement and logistics
• Monitor KPIs and generate operational reports

• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred
• 4–10 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or retail preferred
