Job Description – Product Survey Executive

DESIGNATION/ TITLE Product Survey Executive

REPORTING TO Supervisor/Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Target Achievement

  • Should be aware of set targets. 

  • Should be able to meet the set standards for productivity 

  • Focus on right and potential target consumers is must to deliver the set targets.

Stock/Collateral/Gadget Management 

  • Proper count of stocks given by managers should be maintained and should be informed (opening & closing)

  • The stocks must maintain in proper conditions. No damage to be done to allotted stocks.

  • Proper handling & maintenance of Collateral/Gadgets is desired to avoid damages during transit and otherwise.

Hygiene/Grooming

  • Personal hygiene/grooming should be maintained for professional look.

Data Input /Maintenance 

  • Correct details/feedback of consumers 

  • Should be Tech savvy (App knowledge) 

  • No data forgery is allowed or acceptable.

 Reporting

  • Must follow reporting on opening/closing or other team meetings 

  • Any challenges / change in outlet is to be discussed with supervisor/managers

  • Competition update to be done to supervisor/manager proactively

Competitor knowledge –

  • Knowledge of competitors as per variants should be readily available.

  • Tracking of the competitor prices in the market should be maintained.

  • Have knowledge of New launch information/ merchandising/ promotions/Programs

QUALIFICATION minimum 10+2 pass
