System Completion Engineer

•Configure and import engineering data, create work breakdown structures (WBS), system structures, and user role profiles.
•Develop Smart Forms (task/test models), format test forms, and configure Turnover Package (TOP) requirements.
•Create and manage job cards (scheduling, baseline S-curves) and batch assign tasks for completion tracking.
•Track completion of project deliverables—punch lists, inspections, testing, turnover documentation, and accountability from construction to operations.
•Validate test documentation, As-Built records, ITPs/ITRs, commissioning forms, and certificates.
•Configure and manage system security, user access profiles, QR code generation, and data synchronization between systems.
•Produce weekly/monthly status reports and present %Complete metrics for SOWs to PMs.
•Provide user support and training in Smart Completions usage, resolving system issues.
•Interface with commissioning leads and planning teams (e.g., P6) to align test matrices and scheduling.
•Ensure vendor/contractor compliance, using the tool for punch listing and QA/QC workflows.

▪Bachelor’s degree in engineering
▪6+ years’ experience supporting System Completion and Plant Commissioning.
▪Experience in Smart Commissioning and integrated data flow between engineering applications will be a plus
▪Experience in Oil and Gas/Chemical/Petrochemical
