TA - Operations
Responsibilities
Day 1 Onboarding:
Prepare and conduct Day 1 orientation sessions for new hires.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
Provide new hires with an overview of company policies, procedures, and culture.
Facilitate introductions to team members and key stakeholders.
Medical:
Coordinate pre-employment medical checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage medical insurance enrollment and provide information on available health benefits.
Assist new hires with any medical-related queries or concerns.
Relocation:
Assist with the relocation process for new hires, including arranging temporary housing and transportation.
Support new hires in settling into their new location smoothly.
Post-Offer Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with new hires from the time of offer acceptance until their start date.
Organize pre-boarding activities to keep new hires engaged and excited about joining the company.
Address any questions or concerns new hires may have during the pre-boarding
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
