About the Role

You'll be our fit specialist — ensuring every garment fits perfectly and looks polished. From precise alterations to supporting garment reconstruction, your accuracy and speed will keep our production flowing smoothly.

Required Skills :-

✓ Expert fitting and body measurements

✓ Alterations expertise (all garment types)

✓ Hemming, reseaming, zipper/button replacement

✓ Sleeve adjustments, waist modifications, silhouette changes

✓ Accuracy and speed in execution

✓ Experience with both Indian and Western wear

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle precise garment adjustments and fit corrections

• Execute structural fixes and modifications

• Support reconstruction work (adding panels, reshaping, resizing)

• Work closely with Senior Technician on piece preparation

• Ensure consistent fit standards across production

• Take customer measurements when required

Ideal Candidate

Experienced tailor from boutique, alteration shop, or fashion house.

Quick and accurate with measurements.

Comfortable working on diverse garment styles.

Team player who can take direction from lead maker.
