Talent Acquisition Executive

An HR Recruiter manages the full hiring cycle: creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates (social media, job boards), screening resumes, interviewing (phone, video, in-person), coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and onboarding, all while building the employer brand and ensuring a great candidate experience to attract top talent.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Attract candidates via job sites, social media (LinkedIn), professional networks, and referrals. 
• Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates. 
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs, define roles, and provide updates. 
• Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person) and manage assessments. 
• Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and support the onboarding process. 
• Database Management: Maintain records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
• Employer Branding: Represent the company culture and improve the candidate experience. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HR software, job boards, and social media.
• Understanding of recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (often preferred).
