Job Description
The role holder will be responsible for talent acquisition for partner organizations.
Role
· Use online platforms, databases, and social networks like Naukri/LinkedIn to search for qualified candidates
based on client requirements
· Screen résumés and conduct preliminary phone interviews
· Build and maintain candidate databases for future opportunities
· Communicate professionally with candidates and provide feedback as needed
· Collaborate with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand job briefs and
client expectations
· Prepare concise candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to the consulting team
