Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to hiring—focusing on attracting high-potential candidates for internal and project-based roles. The role requires effective sourcing strategies, timely closures, and strong alignment with JoboxHire’s employer brand. Recruitment Process Management • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding). • Draft detailed job descriptions and job postings. • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments. • Ensure timely closures while maintaining hiring quality and cost efficiency. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline • Use multiple sourcing channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future hiring needs. • Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach. • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements. • Provide consultative support aligned with business needs. • Share regular updates on hiring progress and metrics
