Job Description 1: Inventory Manager (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Bhadaj Science city

Experience: 1-3 years

Software: Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally (stock inward, outward, adjustments)
• Monitor daily stock movement and update real-time stock levels
• Create and manage stock items, stock groups, units, batches & godowns
• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and reconcile physical stock with system stock
• Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies
• Track minimum stock levels and inform purchase team for re-ordering
• Generate inventory reports (stock summary, ageing, movement analysis)
• Coordinate with production, purchase & sales teams
• Ensure batch-wise, expiry-wise and location-wise inventory control (if applicable)
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Inventory Module
• Understanding of manufacturing / trading inventory processes
• Good command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle high-volume SKUs
