Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Tally Operator to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, data entry skills, and familiarity with GST and other statutory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP software
• Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.
• Assist in audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records
• Support the finance team with any ad hoc accounting tasks
• Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• Proven experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
