Teacher Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate VLEAD sessions (online/offline) as per program design
• Create a safe, engaging, and participative learning environment
• Ask powerful questions to trigger reflection and ownership
• Support participants through group and one-to-one coaching
• Track commitments and ensure follow-through on actions
• Hold participants accountable with empathy and firmness
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
• Share feedback, observations, and reports with the core team
