Team Lead – Admission Counsellor

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Admissions / Sales / Counselling)

Role & Responsibilities

• Team Handling Manage and guide a team of admission counsellors
• Allocate leads and monitor daily follow-ups
• Motivate team to achieve monthly admission targets
• Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews
• Lead Management & ConversionHandle high-quality / escalated leads
• Support team in closing difficult cases
• Ensure proper lead qualification and follow-up discipline

Training & Process

• Train new counsellors on:
• Call handling
• Counselling techniques
• Follow-up process
• Ensure adherence to company process and timelines

Reporting

• Track team performance (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
• Share daily / weekly reports with management
• Maintain lead data accuracy in Excel / CRM

Skills Required

• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Proven experience in admissions / sales
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Good command over Excel / basic reporting
• Problem-solving and team motivation skills
