Job Description
Team Lead - FP&A
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates processes
- Track actual performance against budget/LE and identify key drivers
- Develop financial models and scenario/sensitivity analysis
- Monitor costs, highlight savings opportunities, and support cost optimization
- Assist in cash flow planning and working capital analysis
- Partner with business teams to provide actionable financial insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely financial reporting
- Support management reviews, dashboards, and presentations
- Adhere to internal controls, SOPs, and governance requirements
Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
- Hands-on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
- Good knowledge of financial statements, P&L, and cost structures
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
