Team Lead - Talent acquisition

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Allocate requisitions and monitor team performance through KPIs and SLAs.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Ensure diversity hiring and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche positions when required.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.

Process Improvement:

  • Drive automation and best practices in recruitment processes.
  • Monitor and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and metrics to leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend solutions for efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
