Team Leader

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling or telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling/telesales, leadership abilities, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving performance, motivating the team, and ensuring the achievement of business goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and motivate a team of telecallers or telesales executives.
• Assign daily calling tasks, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain a high level of team productivity, morale, and efficiency.
• Track and report key metrics such as call volume, conversion rate, lead follow-up, etc.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Implement and enforce standard calling scripts and processes.
• Ensure CRM and lead tracking tools are updated and used effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing/operations team for campaign planning and execution.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as required.
